Author: Mandeville drunken mayor Eddie Price gets pulled over on the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway after his dumb drunk ass ran through the barricade in the toll booth. He did not get a DWI. Only had to pay a $200 fine. What a loser he and the police chief of the Causeway, FELIX M. LOICANO are. I bet they bump uglies at night.
